Organic Bolivia Cenaproc Cooperative, Caranavi Fair Trade Organic, is grown by the Cenaproc Co-op in Bolivia’s Yungas region.  This intense coffee - roasted very dark - is not quite a French roast. It features good body, low acid and a delicate sweet-smoky flavor hinting of caramel and vanilla.
