ALMOST AS GOOD AS....
tjbv | Thu, 03/29/2012 - 21:29This is wonderful coffee--very rich, even luxurious, thick and chocolatey, but with a surprisingly clean finish. It's the second-best Kona I've ever tasted. The first and almighty best? Its Royal Kona peaberry cousin, which I wrote a review for not long ago. This non-peaberry bean, roasted in a way that it appears to drip liqueuer of cafe, is complex, exotic, and genuinely true. It's price is dear, and the rich can have this daily, but for my middle class self I will limit its use to special occasions, and dream as I smell its complex aromas that I too am rich and can drink it every day.
