GOOD SUMATRAN
pokeypine | Mon, 01/09/2012 - 01:29Good clean Sumatran coffee. With moderate earthy tobacco tones. Easy drinking.
BOOM
cgs60r7 | Wed, 12/28/2011 - 11:04This coffee explodes in your mouth, it's so deep and flavorful, I love it. I will definitely be ordering this again!
WONDERFUL
celadontea | Mon, 11/07/2011 - 23:05I made this coffee in my French press and it is certainly some of the best I have tried, especially of the organic variety. I can taste a variety of floral notes, but that doesn't take away from its richness. This is a coffee that is perfect black, due to a light boldness that it seems to have. I've tried other coffees from Klatch such as their House and Blue Thunder and this one tops them.
A GOOD SUMATRAN TO TRY
kingfisha | Thu, 10/06/2011 - 19:14I like to try Sumatran coffees periodically. This medium roast is a good one to try. It has some herbal/floral aroma and is syrupy with a nice sweetness. It is not too earthy (as I find some Sumatrans).
SUMATRA GAYO FROM KLATCH
ailevin | Thu, 07/14/2011 - 18:25A very nice coffee prepared as drip, Aeropress, or espresso. Very full bodied with a slightly buttery texture that reminded me of Sulawesi. This combination makes for a very smooth coffee with very light almost floral high notes and just a little edge. The edge is of course a little sharper as an espresso, but this is a very drinkable single origin espresso shot. I can imagine it as a significant component of an espresso blend.
SUMATRA GAYO MOUNTAIN
billlyons | Wed, 04/21/2010 - 18:05One of the better Sumatra coffees that I have tried. Arrived in 2 days and was roasted the day it shipped. Description said it was a dark roast but came as a medium + roast. Would have rated it 5 beans if it was a darker roast.
