Sumatra Bodhi Leaf boasts a traditional syrupy body and a rich cup but is an extremely clean Indonesian. One of our favorites, we like its low acidity and flavors of creamy vanilla, garden greens and tropical fruits.

VERY NICE

FAVORITE SUMATRAN FROM KLATCH
ailevin | Sun, 02/05/2012 - 15:31This coffee makes an excellent single origin (SO) espresso. There is enough complexity and a nice balance of high notes, midlevel spice, and full bodied base (or bass to continue the musical analogy). This is one SO espresso where you never feel like the flavors are strident. It is also quite nice as a drip or aeropress brew, with floral or spicy smell/taste and that typical indonesian body. However, I have been using it primarily as espresso. Highly recommended.
