STRONG AND SMOOTH
unagi1 | Wed, 09/21/2011 - 23:34This blend is a medium-dark roast shot of chocolate with a lot of earth tones and medium to little acidity. In my experience best enjoyed as a manual pourover, although due to the strength of the beans it would make a really strong espresso as well. Definitely a morning coffee. I'm giving it 3.5/5 because it's a really nice blend, but just not comparable in complexity and balance to some of the other 4/5 beans I've been having lately.
