Klatch Coffee El Salvador Yellow Bourbon Coffee comes from the same farm as their beloved Orange Bourbon coffee. This Bourbon is brighter with floral and strong lemon citric flavors. The cup hints caramel and vanilla with a touch of red fruit. The bean is well balanced with a nice body.

REVIEWS & COMMENTS
I VERY MUCH LIKED KLATCH'S
fincawhd | Sun, 06/17/2012 - 15:20I very much liked Klatch's Orange Bourbon, which I think is from the same farm. This one is a bit lighter, and funnily enough, tastes more "yellow" than "orange"--more lemony than orangey.
NEW STAPLE.
Amber G | Wed, 03/14/2012 - 23:09We love Klatch roasts. This is a new favorite in heavy rotation lately and we're sharing it with others. LOVE YELLOW BURBON!!!!
FULL OF FLAVOR
jlarue | Sun, 12/25/2011 - 18:14Very bright pronounced flavor in cup. I particularly enjoy the aroma of the freshly ground beans while waiting for the water to come to temp. Once brewed you get the smells of floral, citrus, and caramel, however the fresh ground beans have a small I have not identified yet. Just a hint of a sour smell, very intriguing. Excellent cup!
SECONDHAND REVIEW
jbviau | Mon, 12/19/2011 - 16:49The friend I bought this for is a huge fan of lemony Yirgs, and she's thrilled with this one, as I'd hoped: "Caramel on the bottom, bright on the top. These are just the beans [in the moka pot with cream and sugar]. Yum!"
LOVELY. I PREFER THIS ONE TO
broseph | Thu, 10/27/2011 - 21:12Lovely. I prefer this one to the Orange Bourbon, but to each his own.
