Notes of sweet fresh cherries, dark chocolate, and a mild hint of peach or stone fruit flow in the cup. This is a very balanced and smooth bean that is a perfect after dinner coffee with a plate of pirouline cookies.

SMOOTH AND BALANCED
samuellaw178 | Tue, 01/31/2012 - 13:06In my experience, this is a pretty good SO. It's on the fruity side with a very nice sweet chocolate finish. Very smooth and balanced. It's probably a less complex as other blend I am used to. But is perfect for a smooth tasty drink in the late evening without shocking your palate.
