This is really good coffee. It's bold, rich and drinks very smooth, with a light, fruity (almost floral) aftertaste.
It tastes fruity, cherry being the primary fruit. There are also hints of chocolate and caramel. It's slightly acidic, but not citrusy.
This coffee would go very well with some almond biscotti.
