    We apologize for the late shipment referred to by the customer below. It is very difficult to balance having extremely fresh Kopi and always being in stock for Christmas, which is when 60% of all the Kopi is sold. We get weekly shipments but often the supplier is slow or out for a few days in December. If we had know the gift needed to be re-sent to somebody we would have been happy to ship it to them directly. We will credit the customer since he/she did not get it in time.

    Unfortunately, if we ship 200 orders on time and one is late, that will likely be the only review we receive... we hope that people realize that at Christmas time there are apt to be issues with a rare and low-volume coffee, and we strive our best to avoid late shipments.

    I was very displeased with the fact this was suppose to be a christmas gift, yet did not receive it in time for that. I ordered this coffee on Dec. 10 with a 2-3 business day shipment. Yet, when I had not received it as of Dec. 19, I contacted you and was told that it had not been shipped yet. Consequently was not able to send it to the person until after receiving it on Dec. 23, meaning it was not received by the person until the week after christmas. Yes, I was sent a one cup coffeee strainer and a package of sumartra coffee for the inconvenience.
    So I really can't rate the coffee until after the first of the yr. when I see the person whom it was meant for.
