For five years Brigit, Dave and Meredith ran an open coffee shop in a bookstore in Southside Bethlehem. Their customers taught them how important a cup of fresh coffee is, but how hard it was to get a good cup. So, the three decided to take their love for fresh coffee a step further by roasting their own beans.
