Java Kali Bendo Fair Trade and Organic is a classic and deliciously complicated Java grown at 4,500 feet in and around the beautiful Bali paradise landscapes. Early in coffee history, the Dutch planted the first Arabica trees in Java, and Java led the world in coffee production. Kali Bendo, a wet-processed Indonesian coffee, is noted for its low acidity and high degree of body.

Java Kali Bendo FairTrade and Organic makes a temptingly deep and resonant cup, with hints of molasses and raisin. While it’s phenomenal as a blend base, it stands alone well too.

    This coffee packs taste and at first seems to be too acidic, but it mellows out and the flavor lasts. Can't beat the fair trade and organic label either :)
