    "Uprising!" is smooth and "gentle" in flavor.
    It's not got as much "personality" as some of the other Dean's Beans flavors we've tried.

  • GOOD COFFEE, NOT TOO ACIDIC

    I've been going through it pretty fast to make it taste stronger, but I think I'm used to a much darker roast. This one is pretty light compared to what I normally drink so it's different but good. It has a nice overall flavor.

    Had a slightly harsh taste for breakfast. Prefer smoother blend. Better if brewed slightly weaker-for our taste.

    Overall not bad.

    I am so pleased with the quality of this coffee. It's not bitter at all, and has a wonderful flavor. Dean Cycon of Dean's Beans came to speak at my school recently about fair trade and Dean's Beans coffee. It's amazing to see the things that they're doing and I'm so happy to be able to support that.

    This coffee has to be THE best coffee I ever tasted. So much flavor no bitterness and not overbearing. This coffee also brews well in my vac pot and couldn't even imagine putting this grade AA coffee through a plastic drip maker. One thing I might need to get is a better grinder because these beans are super hard and don't break up well in my current grinder. All in all I'm very pleased with this purchase and service! Forgot to mention I received order same week it was placed which is another very big plus. Hopefully my budget will allow me to purchase this outstanding coffee again.

    I drink coffee daily, as I would assume most people on this site...this one is, hands down, a winner. I normally prefer flavored coffees over non, but this coffee had me coming back again and again, often brewing additional batches just for the taste. This coffee is bold yet not overpowering, full flavored without being exotic. All-in-all, this will be my "go-to" for whenever I want a cup of great joe.
