SMOOTH AND DELICIIOUS!
boilerwkm | Tue, 01/10/2012 - 17:58I received this coffee within 3 days of being roasted and the freshness really helps the flavors shine in this blend. Its not quite as harsh as Starbucks Sumatra since the cocoa flavors mellow the punch of the darker roasted Sumatra beans. This a great cup of coffee and I highly recommend it!

heatherkite | Mon, 11/14/2011 - 16:03I knew as soon as I opened the bag and smelled this coffee that I would love it. It has such a rich, smooth aroma. The flavor is much the same. I add cream and sugar and this coffee is almost a dessert!

I FOUND THIS A BIT TOO MILD
Stevenramm | Tue, 09/20/2011 - 12:03I ordered both this and the Artic Sunrise from Dean's Beans on a Monday. It was marked roasted on that same day and I received it by Thursday. Great service. I like a Starbucks darker roast but not FRENCH ROAST so I chose these two. The ArticSunrise (which seems to not be available when I looked today) was a bl;end of dark and medium and I liked that. The Sumatra didn't stand out as speciaL. So if you like mild, this may work for you. but there were no strong flavors coming out of this coffee to make it Special.

The flavor is very smooth and complex with that cocoa undertone that comes right at you. A very hard bean blend so have a good grinder ready. Again this is a great coffee and I look forward to further explore what deans beans has to offer.

billlyons | Wed, 07/13/2011 - 16:39I was pleasantly suprised how good this coffee was. A good blend of Nicaraguan and Sumatra coffee. I would have preferred the Sumatra to be roasted a little darker but still tasted great.
