The Hario V60 Buono Drip Kettle’s long, slender spout allows the slow pouring and directional control needed when making pour-over drip coffee. This kettle is designed to be used with Hario filter cones. With this method, a slow, steady stream of hot water is first applied to allow coffee to “bloom”. After half a minute or so, continue pouring in a slow, gentle circular motion. Be careful not to pour at the edges where the ground coffee meets the filter.
