Hario Glass Coffee Dripper V60 02 is beautiful as well as functional. With the pour-over brewing method, coffee is brewed directly into the cup or server. The coffee is poured in the dripper and then boiling water is poured over the grounds. The Hario Coffee Dripper V60 02 works best with V60 size 02 paper or cloth filters. This method - very hands-on brewing - allows the user to control brewing time and temperature. Curved ridges on the inside of the cone promote the best extraction, as they aid in the control of water flow interacting with coffee grounds.

broseph | Tue, 04/26/2011 - 17:36I wish Roaste would once again stock these, as that would make them accessible to a larger audience. This is a great way to make coffee. Clean-up is simple and the final result has a lovely balance between flavor clarity and body. The large hole and the ridges allow water to drain off quickly, which means that a slow, measured pour is required. So while a little TLC is required here, the quality of the brew can be truly delicious.
