The Rocket Cellini Premium Plus is a beautifully designed espresso machine made of 304 grade Stainless Steel. A dual pre-infusion system with progressively working piston and a static pre-infusion chamber ensures the best brew possible.

The Premium Plus line is the flagship model of Rocket Espresso. Features include a full commercially rated Sirai pressure stat, giving you a far greater accuracy over the lifetime of the machine, and Rocket's proven Thermosyphon system, modified and enhanced through the use of increased diameter copper tubes that supply the water to the brewing group.

The 1.8 liter boiler is also made of pure copper with a lead free brass end plate. It is plated with nickel to protect against copper oxidation. The water reservoir holds 2.9 liters of fresh water and has a low level indication system to warn you when the water is scarce.

Defective or Damaged Equipment will be replaced or repaired, whichever is deemed appropriate by the service department during the first 30 days of valid warranty service with free UPS ground shipping in both directions. After 30 days, the customer is responsible for shipping costs both ways.

For all other returns the customer is responsible for a 20% re-stocking fee plus all shipping charges
