This USDA Organic coffee has a sweet caramel aroma, incredibly balanced body, gentle acidity and a smooth finish. This Honduran is uniquely complex and just plain Delicious! Medium roasted to perfection.

Chesapeake Bay Roasting Company coffee is also environmentally green. Instead of packaging its coffee in non-recyclable, heavy-gauge foil bags, Chesapeake Bay Roasting Company uses steel cans, recycled paper and soy ink to produce product labels. Their finished packaging is gorgeous.

    I liked this coffee a lot. I like that it is Fair Trade and that the company is eco conscious. My wife who doesn't really like coffee even liked this one!

    You are right, this is definitely a medium roast and will be enjoyed by someone who prefers a cup that is not too "strong." My trick to get the "full" flavor of the Honduran beans without using extra coffee is to grind it a little finer.

    Very good aftertaste. I feel to get the full flavor quite a bit of grounds is needed. I would recommend this for someone who likes a not so strong coffee.
