REVIEWS & COMMENTS

  • SOLID

A thermometer is an excellent device when you first start steaming, just remember that even though it's called insta-read you need to stop steaming about 10 degrees where you want it to stop. The clip keeps it to the pitcher and the sheath protects the thermometer.

  • ANOTHER GOOD ONE

Sheath! Another solid choice. I don't find these thermometers absolutely necessary, but they certainly help until you get a feel for steaming.

This thermometer has an easy adjust tool built into the probe cover along with a clip for the side of the pitcher.
