intrepid510 | Fri, 05/11/2012 - 13:16Nice little thermometer provides some nice guidance on when to stop steaming your milk. Just got a remember to stop steaming a little be before you hit the right temp, because while these say insta-read they do take a few seconds to get up to temp.
