GREAT ALL DAY COFFEE
Getty | Wed, 03/10/2010 - 08:07The HiFi blend was the first coffee from this roaster that I tried and it it's still my favorite daily grind. This is a very smooth cup, medium body from a lighter roast. Like all there coffees there is no bitter aftertaste. I grind the beans to a medium to medium/fine on a Pavoni LaMocha and am using 2 oz to make 10 cups.
