Getty | Sun, 05/02/2010 - 22:27This is a medium roast Mexican organic and has characteristic Latin bean earthy complexity. I brewed this in a 6 cup french press...medium grind and maybe let it steep a little longer than usual;) This smell wonderful and is very mellow - no bitterness or bite. Lot's of flavor without overpowering. Drink it black!
