    The first thing I said while drinking the first shot was - "Wow... that's interesting!".
    I found it deep and complex, strong but not bitter, chocolaty but not so sweet ... as I said - "interesting".
    I enjoyed every cup, whether its Espresso or Cappuccino, and can't wait for the next delivery to arrive.

    The aroma is VERY pleasing however, it has a bitter aftertaste when drinking it black. Better with cream.

    One of the darkest and richest coffees I have ever tasted. When I first opened this coffee, I was blown away with the aroma and the color of the coffee. This made a truly delicious espresso with a rich crema, and it retains its body even up against the hottest steamed milk in a latte or cappuccino. Also, it is certified organic, which is a big reason I ordered the brand. It even has the grind date stamped on the bag; I received the coffee literally two days after the grind date - kudos to the roaster!

    If you are looking for a grind that makes the richest, darkest espresso you have tasted in a long while, Mystere Espresso is for you.
