admin | Sun, 01/15/2012 - 19:04I prepared this beans, after grinding, in a percolator. I also tried as a drip. Both yielding similar results. This makes a smooth, light, and flavorful cup appropriate for any occasion/time of day.

xprzzo | Tue, 05/10/2011 - 10:00Nice light roast, smooth, but fairly one-dimensional. Nothing unpleasant in the cup, but also nothing that would make it stand out. Very forgiving, so probably not a bad backup to have around, when you do not feel like messing with a Prima-Ballerina SO.
