EASY DRINKING
leslieooienglee | Wed, 03/30/2011 - 23:39This Indian coffee is low in acid and easy to drink. I think it goes better with savory foods rather than sweet foods that is normally eaten with coffee. Eat some curry, or something spicy, and take a sip of this coffee. Works well together, not surprisingly.
GREAT AS ESPRESSO
Scott Lush | Thu, 07/15/2010 - 08:43As an espresso, the India Mysore tasted very earthy and musty to me some earthy nut flavor that I'd call walnut. It's sort of like an Indonesian / Sulawesi but with even less acidity, less citrusy and floral. Was fun as an espresso shot.
IT WAS OK BUT
mdowd1 | Mon, 06/28/2010 - 17:42I was not overly excited about this coffee. Nothing "popped" for me on it. It was not bad - but to me it was nothing special.
YES AND NO
caffeineempress | Mon, 06/21/2010 - 20:31Three of us tried this coffee with different views.
Margaret - Was a little disappointed. She says it was too generic tasting for her. She had been spoiled by drinking Essse Caffe Selezione Espresso. The India Mysore Nuggets was "OK" but nothing special.
John - John liked it. He liked the smoothness, the crisp and clean flavors. It was on the mild side but still delicious.
Me (Caffeine65) - I too liked it. I liked the faint nut flavors in the background. It was mild but not too mild - I added a teaspoon of sugar and could still taste the coffee - not the sugar.
