This coffee’s balance of body and acidity – combined with a complex taste and smooth finish – is offered by very few single varietal coffees. We are proud to offer this extremely limited production coffee.

    I prefer my coffee cold (heresy to many I know!). I can enjoy the flavors better and not get burned. I just made my first batch of iced Costa Rica LaMinita.

    This coffee is subtle with a nice sweetness and a clean, fresh aftertaste. Even after time passes it holds its own. Even cold (over ice) the flavors come out (and does not taste like "coffee water"). I enjoyed it very much (both hot and cold).
