There are some people that don’t like lever machines, thinking they’re more difficult to use. With the Micro Casa S1, this is simply not the case, because the spring in the piston creates consistent pump pressure at each point from one pull to the next. All Defects on Arrival/Damage claims must be reported within five (5) days of receipt/delivery. Customers should not use the equipment with coffee, must keep all original packaging, and on machines with any protective coating, the protective film must remain on. Espresso machines should be first tested with water only, and grinders should be run without beans. Satisfactory returns must include the original shipping label on original outer box. Failure to comply will result in denial of credit to your account. Satisfactory returns must include the original accessories, original packaging, and proper packing of loose articles to avoid damage.

For orders that has a tracking number produced and/or shipped, an order can not be canceled. Refunds, less shipping costs and restocking fee, will only be provided if the customer refuses delivery and the item is returned in brand new condition in an unopened box. Espresso 4 Home, LLC reserves the right to determine the outcome of a refund, and shipping costs (both ways) will be deducted from any credit. For orders that have NOT shipped, a 3% cancellation fee for PrePay credit card customers is deducted from the credit.
