This is the same machine as the Ascaso Steel Uno Professional except that it has a smaller brass boiler and a 57mm portafilter grouphead and handle. By design, it will not dry the extracted puck as well as the Professional version of this machine. On the flip side, this machine does a much better job with E.S.E. espresso coffee pods when compared to the professional version.

There is approximately 30-60 second wait time to go from coffee mode to steam mode. The steam knob feature in coffee mode makes it very practical for preparing Cafe Americanos.

• Water reservoir removable from top of machine after removal of water reservoir cover - there is a metal bar on top of water reservoir. This bar sits horizontally along the top of the reservoir and also holds two hoses - the longer hose is the intake hose with a particle filter on the end and the short hose which ends at the metal bar is the air release valve exit tube. If you purchase the optional water softener, the particle filter needs to be removed from the longer hose.
• Low water reservoir cut-off: when water reservoir is near empty, the cut-off switch will not allow power to the heating element nor the pump. This avoids costly damage.

All Defects on Arrival/Damage claims must be reported within five (5) days of receipt/delivery. Customers should not use the equipment with coffee, must keep all original packaging, and on machines with any protective coating, the protective film must remain on. Espresso machines should be first tested with water only, and grinders should be run without beans. Satisfactory returns must include the original shipping label on original outer box. Failure to comply will result in denial of credit to your account. Satisfactory returns must include the original accessories, original packaging, and proper packing of loose articles to avoid damage.

Espresso4Home Cancellation Policy:
For orders that has a tracking number produced and/or shipped, an order can not be canceled. Refunds, less shipping costs and restocking fee, will only be provided if the customer refuses delivery and the item is returned in brand new condition in an unopened box. Espresso 4 Home, LLC reserves the right to determine the outcome of a refund, and shipping costs (both ways) will be deducted from any credit. For orders that have NOT shipped, a 3% cancellation fee for PrePay credit card customers is deducted from the credit.
