    Wonderful aroma as I grind the beans; excellent smooth flavor; smooth taste with a hint of chocolate flavor and aroma of raspberry. Not bitter. The way you make it whether you like it strong or weak will determine how the flavors come out of the beans. I like mine mild to moderately strong and haven't quite gotten the exact amounts down yet. Each cup gets better.
