I saw your web site and thought ,why not give it a try. Living here in Southern Idaho I will be the first to admit that we don,t always have the best access to all the great products that are out there but with the internet the world is literally at our fingertips. I ordered the Mr. Coffee programmable coffee maker after looking at all the different models available and remembering the great Mr. Coffee products we have had in the past and what a disappointment this beauty has turned out to be. Worked great the first two days and then started making the best pot of coffee you ever tasted but putting it all over the Kitchen counter. Works great if you will stand and hold down on the button that vents the cap so the coffee will run into the carafe but my mornings won't allow me to do that, and don't forget the clock and timer quit working after three days. If it wouldn't cost more to box it back up and send it back than what I paid for it this wonderful appliance would be back in the U.P.S. truck now. Bad product , leave this one in town. Sign me " Thanks but I'll cook on a camp fire in Idaho".
