steveck | Fri, 03/09/2012 - 10:19This is a solid peice of equipment. Good aestetics. Large drip tray means I don't have to do repeated empties when serving several people. Makes a good cup, but hasn't wowed me. The PID is very nice and I wish it was more common on the more reasonably price machines. The reservoir has a good amount of capacity, but is difficult to fill/remove. Best to partially remove and fill with a pitcher. Can brew and steam at the same time, another uncommon feature at this price point. I hope to see more machines with these features around this price point.

steveck | Fri, 03/09/2012 - 10:12While pod coffee is not my perfered brew style, it has its place. With the senseo you can have a single cup quick, with no hassel, and it is quite tasty. I perfer the creamy head this gives over the k cup machines. However, this baby can't replace my esspresso machine, and it can't handle large volumes (drip wins here). Reasonably priced, and resonable durability. Unfortuantly the heater elment in mine stopped working after about 3 years, but my friends had theirs for about 5 with out any issues. At this price point I wasn't too upset about the failure; and i was able to repurpose the pump for other hobbies.
