It is simply the most balanced espresso out there for the money. I own a Rancilio Silvia / Rocky combo and this coffee is perfect in the machine. 4 clicks up from the finest grind and the coffee turns out perfect every time. The crema is dense enough to float two demitasse scoops of sugar on top until it SLOWLY descends into the cup. Perfect! Try it out and see.
