    This was a complex & smooth espresso with great flavor & fragrance. It was wonderful straight, & also held up to milk well. Customer service/shipping was excellent, as well!

    This is my second Gaggia. We wore out the first one, a Carezza. This machine is not sexy or sleek, but it makes one mean espresso. It heats quickly, is easy to use and I know from research this machine is just as good, if not better, than a machine 2 or 3 times the cost. We use it at least 2-3 times a day, and after a year we have had no problems with it at all. I highly recommend it!

    I'm still on the fence on this one. I was not terribly excited with my first double pull. However, as I've adjusted the grind through the week, I've decided this makes a pretty decent espresso. It has a very roasted flavor, & a nice crema. If you are looking for something for a latte, this might not be the one. Not sure it holds up to milk too well. I purchased 2 bags, so I will continue to experiment.
