The flavor is outstanding espresso and the convenience of the pods makes having a double espresso and even cleaning up a breeze! Couldn't be happier. Oh, and the ROASTe representative with whom I spoke on the phone was so patient and helpful as he corrected a mistake I had made and then set me up with what I wanted. Very happy and satisfied customer from New York!
