About me:Coffee enthusiast, amateur barista. I work in a family-owned bakery that's been around for 30+ years, and part of my responsibilities involves staying on top of our coffee production. At work, we brew on a Fetco brewer, at home, I tend to do a lot of manual brewing, Clever Dripper, Chemex, and Aeropress, primarily. I enjoy espresso, just don't have the quality equipment I need to properly prepare it. Fave shops are Dancing Goats in Decatur, GA; Octane in Atlanta; Element Coffee Co. in Alpharetta, GA. There are more, many more that I appreciate, just won't list them here.
