    I love this coffee pot. It takes a little getting used to, but once you get all the levels adjusted it is awesome. I find using a measuring cup, with a spout, is the best way to add the water. I am sure other people may be able to use the tank, successfully, to add the water, but I find the measuring cup an easier solution. The coffee maker keeps coffee tasting great, and hot to the end of the pot. Plus, I like having no glass decanter to deal with. I have been using a "no decanter" Hamilton Beach, for years, and I was very satisfied with it. However, as I mention, this pot is superior and keeps coffee deliciously fresh and hot. Shipping was very fast and I got the best deal from Roaste.com for this awesome coffeemaker.
