    I actually got a free bottle of these from Illy, and enjoyed it quite a bit. Great aroma, and very full crema. The beans weren't as finicky as locally roasted ones, but I also felt that for the price locally roasted beans are better just for the sake of freshness. If you want to try something different, take a chance. Illy is always a solid choice.

  • GOOD COFFEE FOR PRESSURIZED FILTERS

    When I first started off with my first breville machine with pressurized filters, this was a great coffee. Well ground, always gave decent taste and crema, while still being reasonable in price. The aroma dies off quick if this coffee is not used quickly, as that should be expected with any pre ground coffee.

    I Love this machine. The first day when I was using the single filter, I found they were pressurized and spitting coffee everywhere in my kitchen. After I switched to the regular double filter, everything was perfect. Quick and good steaming, though it foams a little to quickly.

  • A GREAT TASTING ESPRESSO

    A really great tasting dark roasted bean, with a very full flavor and smell. Definitely has a richness that I haven't experienced with illy pre canned. Had a hint of chocolate which was pleasant to the espreesos and cappuccinos I drink. The only thing I don't like much is the beans are pretty oily, but I suppose thats supposed to be expected with a dark bean.
