    Somewhat herder to work with than Belle. Brighter flavors. Maybe in the right hands this would be better, but not in my hands. Pulling with Elektra A3 and Compak K10.

    Pulled using a Compak K-10 and Elektra A3 at aprox 200 deg. Chocolaty with some leathery rustic flavors. Better with Milk
