I OWN AN OLDER MODEL VERY MUCH LIKE THIS ONE
LALanie | Tue, 04/26/2011 - 19:24I have owned Bunn Coffee Makers for 30+ years. When I'm needing to replace mine, I probably will get this model, the Bunn GRX Coffee Maker. I like its simply design. The only problem I have ever had with Bunn is one time the screw-on spray spout came loose and must have fallen in the basket holding the coffee grounds which got thrown out. I went to Bunn's manufacturing online site and emailed them for replacement. They quickly sent out 2 different spray nozzles, both of which work great. They didn't charge me anything and I had owned my machine for years. I have never broken any of the glass carafes, although I do keep a spare on hand. I also love the convenience of having hot water always on hand as sometimes I brew tea or Teeccino instead of coffee. And sometimes I "brew" without any grounds to use the hot water for recipes, etc. When we have a power outage, there's always enough hot water in its reservoir to brew a pot & then transfer it to a thermal carafe to keep it hot. Bunn coffee makers are all made in the USA.

LALanie | Wed, 03/09/2011 - 21:06I love this coffee. I wish it were available in whole bean then it would be the best for me. Its flavor is yummy and has its own uniqueness. I drink a lot more decaf since discovering this one. I even add it to other regular coffees for the yummy flavor & less caffeine. It is finely ground and medium roasted.
