MNMarie | Sun, 05/20/2012 - 09:51Medium-bodied coffee with a lovely blend of flavors. It has a mellow mix of aromas and tastes, that seems to mark the best coffees from Peru. You need to work on the quantity used for each pot, to get just the mixture that is right for you.
VERY STRONG AND FLAVORFUL
MNMarie | Sun, 05/06/2012 - 12:23We really enjoyed this coffee. The flavor is strong but not bitter. I like it with a bit of creamer in it for smoothness. A great coffee to wake up in the morning.
GREAT COFFEE
MNMarie | Sat, 03/24/2012 - 13:55Thanks so much for the opportunity to sample this delicious, full-bodied coffee. It has a lovely, rich flavor that wakes you up in the morning. We find that we brew it with just a bit less ground coffee than our usual brew, so the 8 oz. goes further.
DISAPPOINTING
MNMarie | Wed, 11/23/2011 - 13:32I have loved the bold coffees served in Brazil, and was disappointed with this. The flavor is very bland. We had to add an additional 25% coffee to the brew cup to get a flavor that wasn't weak. At that point it was just okay, but tends to have a burnt and acidic flavor when the extra was added.
WONDERFUL COFFEE
MNMarie | Wed, 11/23/2011 - 13:28We loved this coffee. It's complex blend of flavors is wonderful to wake up to in the morning. It has a very robust flavor, but with no bitterness or acidity. We would recommend it to anyone who likes coffee with a strong flavor without a burnt or bitter taste.
