    ..this roasters lline of coffees are A++++. Excellent black, but even better with a touch of a creamer. No bitterness, or overdone sweetness, and the aroma of the beans is wonderful before you even put it in the mill. Recommend as a morning, but also great option for dessert coffee.

    Tried this on a lark, and a recommendation, and who can resist the label? Great tasting coffee, weak or strong (I made it both ways) usually brew with the Hario paper single cup drip. Darkish roast, no sweetness--fine black. Definitiely recommend.

    made very smooth cold brew toddy coffee... but you need to crave a little sweetness to enjoy it as a morning cup.... definite liquer overtones.

    Certainly one of the most 'attractive' ways to make coffee ever;definitely for the design purest. (I could use a smaller version--how about offering one?). Results in very smooth cup of coffee--no bitterness, prob due to the heavy duty filters. Not the way to go if you want 'mouth-feel' coffee, however. Then I would revert to a french press. This is one coffee tool I don't mind leaving out on the counter.

    One of the best ever! This coffee needs nothing added--no cream/sugar/flavorings(ugh). It is full bodied--maker it strong, strong--no problem, no bitterness ever. (beats Intelligensia, Blue Bottle,LaMill..)
