Jeremy | Wed, 07/29/2009 - 16:34We have used PT's as our roaster for the last 5 years, from a small, community center non-profit coffee shop we ran for our church - to a large, full-scale coffee shop that is PT's biggest wholesale account in Kansas City - they treated us the exact same regardless of which coffee shop. We know their owners (and some of the staff) personally, and they really are genuine people who have a LOVE for coffee. I highly recommend PT's for anyone - wholesale or not. Their selection of QUALITY coffee is 2nd to none - and for them to get Roaster of the Year for 2009, it's a true testament to their love.
