Jen | Fri, 10/08/2010 - 14:35I ordered this at the same time as World's Best. The first week was spent enjoying World's Best and this Belle went straight in the freezer. I was a little nervous as I'd never frozen beans before. I took this out the night before and let it thaw, and have been using it for a few days now. WOW! It's amazing! I will definitely be ordering more of this. It is so smooth. I get chocolate and caramel and dose 15g for my mini Viv II. Very tasty!

Jen | Mon, 10/04/2010 - 13:33I was a bit skeptical (mostly of my own skills) but this blend is truly outstanding. My routine with it would be to pull one shot to drink and then prepare another for a 5 oz cappa. My taste buds may be different, but IMO the cappa really brought out the chocolate tones. Delicious!
