NICARAGUAN DIPILTO
gmartindh | Sat, 10/15/2011 - 18:04Coffee was very smooth to the palate with a medium to mild richness and aroma. Color, clarity, very good. A little sugar brought out a natural rich sweetness and flavor. Enjoyed it very much. I have had SHG beans from other Nicaraguan roasters and have traveled extensively in Nicaragua so I can say this was excellent but I have had even better! Thus a very respectable 4/5.
