WONDERFUL ESPRESSO
Gloria | Sun, 11/06/2011 - 11:42It's our first Italian coffee bean, as we just purchased a 'real' espresso machine. Love it - it has great crema and aroma. We'll try other beans later, but then, maybe not!
CONSISTENT GRIND AND QUIET

GREAT LITTLE MACHINE
Gloria | Sun, 11/06/2011 - 11:36The Via Venezia is small, almost as small as our old Nespresso machine - big plus in a small kitchen. We've tweaked the grind level (8 for now) and once I got the hang of the frothing process, we are enjoying great cappuccino every morning. It's a very easy machine to use - just a few buttons to push and you've done it. The one small annoying feature is filling the water tank - you need to pull out all the trays in front, then pull out the water container. It's only once a day so it's not a big deal, and you can add water to the tank from the top, but it would have been nice get at it without pulling everything out. Other than that one small annoyance, we love it. Inexpensive, probably entry-level, but it makes great espresso - what more can you want?
