  • GOOD CUP OF KONA

    So far, about half through the lb, this coffee has been good. It is quite smooth and the aftertaste is the classic kona, rich dark flavor with a little spice and fruit. The one thing i will say is that so far the coffee has been quite acidic/sour which is not off putting but it seems quite strong for Kona and covers up some of the taste at first. I will update if there is a change as the coffee is allowed to sit a little longer from the roast.

    Very good coffee, obviously fresh! Good selection of different profile coffee that would be a good start for someone getting into coffee.

    This sample pack had a very nice selection of beans and they were all great. They were fresh and shipped quickly. It is a really nice buy if you like to try new coffee, especially if you like to compare different origins. I can make about 2-3 runs of coffee in my 12oz (3 cup) french press.
