    smooth flavor with a bit of fruit. I find it a bit soft to cut through milk, but it won't let you down.

    Very sweet and smooth as espresso. I enjoyed it with milk but the flavor tends to get lost in the milk. 2 other people I served mentioned the same thing. I would buy again though.

    I enjoyed this espresso, but it wasn't great. My first shot was a bit on the sour side. I checked the suggested temp and adjusted it up from 201 to 203 and it greatly improved the taste.

  • GREAT AS ESPRESSO OR WITH MILK

    I just bought a new machine and have only had 2 different roasters so far. The Vivace Espresso Dolce has been great. Not one sour shot yet. I like that they still give you a pound rather than 12 ounces.
