    One of the darkest and richest coffees I have ever tasted. When I first opened this coffee, I was blown away with the aroma and the color of the coffee. This made a truly delicious espresso with a rich crema, and it retains its body even up against the hottest steamed milk in a latte or cappuccino. Also, it is certified organic, which is a big reason I ordered the brand. It even has the grind date stamped on the bag; I received the coffee literally two days after the grind date - kudos to the roaster!
