coatbuyer65 | Sat, 03/10/2012 - 15:42I would have given this machine a "Love It" praise but it fell short for me. This machine does make a 97% good cup of coffee. There are two places where Green Mountain Co., in my opinion, could've made the perfect machine: one is that the water temp. only goes to 192 degrees where it should go to 202 degrees fahenheit & second all the kcup containers should be recycleable (which the bottom portion is not!!!). hopefully they will be able to accomplish this in the near future. Recommend machine--yes BUT also recommend buying kcup insert & brewing your own coffee grinds--not the k-cups!!!!!

As always to a great cup has 3 nessary components: the perfect machine, water temp, & freshly ground espresso bean. This machine does in fact accomplish the first two & the last item is up to your personal taste buds. Can highly recommend this machine!!

It is easy to use, very attractive when the holidays come. It makes great coffee & is great that it will make between 12 & 36 cups. It is nice to have this to serve coffee before, during, and after a meal. The coffee does not get old in its taste like some urns do. Easy clean up makes the this coffe urn the dream it is.

To get really involved & you will. This machine will enable you to a delious & variety coffees of the world. You might consider buying the Keurig insert cup that allows you to brew your own favorite coffees. Bottom line is that once you open up & use this machine you'll be entering Coffee Heaven.

coatbuyer65 | Mon, 05/17/2010 - 20:17The Jacobs ground coffee came in a very secure and protective packaging. Once I opened the coffee up & smelled the aroma I knew that I was going to fall in love with this coffee. I, like most here in the States, own one of those single serve coffee makers. Most coffee's I've been happy with but now ran out to purchase their wire basket adapter & brewing my favorite German coffee. I believe once I finish this bag I might buy the beans & grind my own to get even a fresher cup of Jacob's!!!! Couldn't be happier--the only drawback is that the entire package is in german which I don't understand. No problem went to the internet site to translate directions & pasted on bag for all those in my household when I'm not up or around. Highly recommend this brew of Jacob's. No cons, only pro's.
