    My new machine heats up instantly, steams my skim milk perfectly HOT, (the way I love it!) and completes the espresso all within a few minutes. No big mess to clean-up. It wipes down with a wet dishcloth in a couple of minutes and I have my morning mocha quicker than making a pot of regular coffee. I am very pleased with it. Shirley Olson Noxon, Montana
