GREAT CUBAN COFFEE

He missed having a nice cup of Cuban coffee from time to time, so I thought we'd try this one, and it did the trick! With first pot, thought we'd used too much coffee as it was REALLY BLACK. No, it was perfect, and he got a little taste of home :-) Will buy again.

OVERRATED
christina.robinson0624 | Wed, 06/29/2011 - 09:34A pain to clean and often brewed bitter coffee. Can NOT fit travel mugs underneath. We pulled it to the counter's edge and took away the tray to fill them. Otherwise, you pour into a regular coffee mug, then transfer to your travel mug. Not worth the effort.

christina.robinson0624 | Wed, 06/29/2011 - 09:28So far, this is the best coffee pot I've owned. Love having hot water ready to go, though it's not very earth friendly to do so. Makes great coffee in a snap and super easy to clean. Just run some white vinegar through. Left burner on by mistake one day and cracked the carafe. Ordered a replacement from Bunn. Took quite a while to come, and I cringed at paying $7 to ship a $10 item. However, I still LOVE my Bunn.
